"Off-The-Shelf" Just Won't Do
EIMINC has built a reputation for keeping it simple. Whether your system is
"stand-alone" or tied into an existing system, we will do our best to make it
simple for you to get the best performance. If we come across an application where we
can't significantly improve performance over an "off the shelf" software
product. We will be frank with you and let you know.
The
Development Process
Phone Call - Typically we start with a phone call or e-mail. You will be put in
contact with the best person to handle your request.
Proposal
- Once detailed information has been shared, EIMINC Systems will determine a practical,
simple, and economical solutions for your needs. Your proposal will include an estimate of
the cost and time required to complete your system.
Consultation
and Evaluation Report - As appropriate, our proposal will include a visit to your
facility to see first hand the current processing methods. This visit will allow us to
detail a specification for your system. The cost of this consultation is separate to allow
you the greatest freedom in the development process.
Development
- Upon your acceptance of the final specification, we will begin development and provide
you with a completion schedule for your project. TO keep costs down, productivity up, and
take up as little of your time as possible, most systems we develop are at least partially
done at our facilities. Our engineers will will keep in contact with you to work out
design details.
Delivery
and Installation - Delivery will also be detailed in our final quotation. Most
systems are complex enough that we will install them for you. If you prefer, we can work
with you deliver the system via some other standard method.
