When you are looking for
a laser label—something besides a standard paper label with a permanent
adhesive—contact our
Label
Experts.
EIMINC® started out by
offering
Stock Laser Label Products
but quickly found that customers often want materials to handle special
applications. Since problem-solving was our expertise, we dove into
finding a good selection of specialty materials to meet these needs.

Standard laser label
sizes are popular, but sometimes they just won’t work. With our extensive
library of label tooling we can often fill orders with custom label sizes
without any additional setup costs.
What really “sets us
apart from the competition” is that we don’t have large minimum (case) order
requirements – even for custom labels. We can easily address small orders
of 100 laser sheets quickly.

Frequently
Asked Questions
-
Do I
need to provide artwork?
For simple shapes such as squares, rectangles, and circles we would
just need to know the dimensions. If they need to be spaced and laid out
in a specific manor we would require a drawing. Unique shapes require
life size artwork. If you would like us to produce the artwork there
would be a separate art work charge.
-
What
format do you require the artwork to be in?
The artwork for unique shapes and specific layouts needs to be in an electronic format.
Vector based graphics programs
such as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator are acceptable.
-
How
intricate a shape can you produce?
Virtually any outline can be die cut but you should keep in mind
that you will need to peel and apply these labels at some point. Overly
intricate die cuts may be difficult to peel from the liner and
eventually apply. If in doubt our
production team can review your ideas ahead of time and advise.
-
Can I
get more than one size or shape label on a sheet?
Yes, almost any layout you can envision can be produced. This is
one of the biggest benefits of our custom laser labels. For instance, a
single 8.5" x 11" sheet can contain all the labels necessary for your
product as a set.
-
Do I
need special label software to print on custom labels?
In most cases a word processing program such as Microsoft Word
would work on rectangles and circles. Many graphics programs also have
the ability to format sheets of labels. We do offer label layout and
design software and we may be able to assist you with printing
templates.
-
Can I run laser label
sheets through my printer more than once?
Laser label
printing requires printing full sheets of labels for the best
results. Therefore, it is not
recommended that you attempt to run the sheet through your printer more
than once.
-
How
long does it take to produce custom labels?
The lead-time for short runs is typically 3-5 workdays. Plan on 7-10
workdays for orders over 100 sheets.
-
I am
still not sure how this works or if this is the best label option for
me. Now what?
