Customer Service Representative (Full Time)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a highly visible member of the EIM sales team and a key component in both client satisfaction and retention. The CSR provides professional, accurate, friendly, and timely service to clients in all stages of order processing. The successful CSR candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and an interest in learning sales skills. Office or bank experience is desirable. This is a full time, week day position. Benefits include health/ disability/ life insurance, education, and retirement plan.

After the phone interview, you may be invited to our facility to complete a simple math test, a business writing test for office positions, and an initial screening interview. We may select a small number of applicants to proceed to additional interviews.
