Office Assistant, entry level weekday full-time 8:30 - 5:30
As an entry-level office assistant, play an integral role in customers receiving accurate materials promptly:
• Collect requested sample labels/materials and corresponding literature. Package these items in a folder. Prepare kit for mailing.
• Print label samples as needed.
• Manage sample inventory.
• Package preset sample bags.
• Drive sample packets, packages under 10 lbs, and outgoing mail to post office.
• Invoice previous workday’s orders and file related customer materials
• Sort incoming mail
• Enter vendor invoices
• Shred old documents
• Assist in gathering items for tradeshows.
• Other duties as assigned
Applicants should have comfort with math, good organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and have a positive attitude. The successful applicant will be able to verify a satisfactory state motor vehicle record from their state of residence, and provide documentation that they maintain acceptable automobile insurance coverage. Die cut labels, entry level operator
Full time, daytime, weekday position. Demonstrate your mechanical ability via hobby or work background manufacturing, troubleshooting, sewing, cutting, printing, or another experience you show is relevant. Printing knowledge is a plus. References verifying your dependability a must. Comfort with basic math helpful, but full training provided. Part-time paid internships regularly available in Communications / Journalism / Marketing, Graphic Design, Management, Safety / Quality and additional related fields. Electronic Imaging Materials has been in Keene for over 25 years, with second generation owners who have attended and taught classes at Keene State. Several KSC students have advanced to additional positions at our company after the initial paid internship.
